    The S514x is a capacitive sensor which are used to detect metallic and non-metallic objects. These capacitive sensors have a normally open or normall closed output selector switch and can operate on a wide voltage range 20-250V AC/DC. This greatly reduces the need to keep multiple sensors in stock. They are dust and water tight as well as stock and vibration resistant.
